About Us

Conley Connect is a supportive shared-housing program designed to provide stability, dignity, and renewed independence for individuals receiving SSI or Social Security Disability benefits who are seeking a safe, affordable, and respectful place to call home. Founded by Victoria Conley, Conley Connect is rooted in a lifelong commitment to being a safe haven for people during times of transition.

For years, Victoria has been the person her family and friends relied on for support—offering encouragement, understanding, and a calm, welcoming space during life’s most challenging moments. Her deep compassion and natural ability to care for others inspired her to extend that same sense of safety and belonging to those in the community.

We provide more than housing—we offer a supportive community where individuals can live independently while still having structure, accountability, and mutual respect. Our shared-living environment is thoughtfully designed to promote peace, stability, and confidence, allowing residents to focus on wellness, financial balance, and their next chapter at their own pace.

Our mission is to empower independent adults and veterans transitioning out of homelessness by providing safe, affordable housing and a foundation for lasting stability. We combine compassionate care with accessible resources to help our residents reclaim their independence and build a secure, dignified future.
