By accessing our platform or applying for residency with Conley Connect LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These guidelines are established to ensure a safe, supportive, and dignified environment for all.

1. Eligibility & Independence

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Our program is designed for individuals capable of independent living. While we provide a supportive environment, we do not provide 24/7 medical supervision, clinical nursing care, or intensive psychiatric oversight.

2. Nature of Services

Conley Connect LLC provides transitional and affordable housing solutions alongside community-based support.

Please Note: We are a housing provider, not a medical or mental health facility. We do not provide clinical therapy, medication administration, or in-home healthcare services.

3. Integrity of Information

Honesty is the foundation of our community. All information provided during the application process must be accurate and complete. Any discovery of fraudulent information, omitted history, or misleading statements is grounds for immediate application denial or termination of the housing agreement.

4. Community Standards & Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for behaviors that threaten the peace of our residents. Residents agree to:

Treat all staff and fellow residents with mutual respect.

Refrain from any form of violence, harassment, or intimidation.

Abide by our strict drug and alcohol-free policy within the housing premises.

5. Financial Commitment

Stable housing requires shared responsibility. Residents are expected to remit all housing fees, deposits, and utility contributions on the dates specified in their individual agreements. Persistent late payments or financial delinquency may result in the loss of housing placement.

6. Termination of Residency

Conley Connect LLC reserves the right to terminate residency if a resident:

Violates the safety protocols or code of conduct.

Engages in illegal activity on or near the property.

Fails to meet the "independent living" criteria, requiring a higher level of care than we provide.

7. Digital & Website Usage

Our digital platforms are for lawful use only. Any attempt to compromise our systems, harvest data, or submit malicious content will result in a permanent ban from our services and potential legal recourse.

8. Amendments to Terms

As we grow and evolve, so will our policies. Conley Connect LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued participation in our programs or use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
